- Monitor ticket activity to ensure timely and professional responses.
- Review and resolve escalated or complex tickets.
- Ensure staff follow proper Ticket Etiquette and guidelines.
The Ticket Manager role is a sub-role, as members may also handle additional management duties. This is not a standalone responsibility, and tasks are distributed across multiple Senior Moderators.
Ticket Managers ought to report anything of importance in the Ticket Manager channel.
