NOTE
If a player charges back on PvPHub, Tebex will automatically ban them for it. If the user appeals, follow the process below.
Ask the user why they charged back:
- Was it an accidental purchase?
- Did they buy too much or too little?
- How long was the charge back after purchasing the item?
If this action was either a mistake, or the user overpaid, please feel free to unban the user once this is confirmed. Make sure to reinforce that because they charged back, we will not refund them, and if the chargeback is won, they will keep their rank. If the chargeback is lost, they will be banned. Chargebacks are disputed by Tebex.
If a user charges back more than 7 days after purchasing the rank, this infers that they have taken advantage of the perks, just to return the rank a week later. Unless they re-buy the item, keep them banned indefinitely.
